Great Service love the ambiance Server is great and friendly They checked in many times with us which was great Enjoyed their pad see ew! We come here often when we want Thai food. We came by today and realized how great we have been treated these past few visits. Lover supporting this local business and enjoying their food Thank you!

We came here for dinner to try their vegan options and we were pleasantly surprised that they had two types of tofu (braised and natural), vegan chicken (corn and flour/seitan), and vegan shrimp. We had gotten the fried tofu appetizer, two plates of the Pad Thai, with vegan chicken and tofu, and a Tom Yum Noodle Soup. Everything was delicious!! The indoor atmosphere was also great; good amount of seating, very clean, and elegant. The wait staff were all very friendly and patient as we took our time ordering and answered our questions. We also appreciated how the owner came by our table, as he did the other tables, to check in and make sure everything was good. Overall, I will definitely be returning!

one word: BUSSINN!!!!!! #1 thai restaurant in my LIFE!! CHEF KISSESSSSS!!!! love them so much 10/10 My bf and I almost every friday or whenever we crave thai food. Always feels welcomed and feels like eating at home. Love the owner he's so sweet and chill.

My wife and I just happened to be in Old Town Monrovia recently and we stopped by Thai Thyme for lunch. The restaurant is cozy and the wait staff was very nice and service was quick. We started with the Spring Rolls. To be honest, they weren't on my fav list. The outside was crispy but wasn't impressed by the filling. Maybe 3 stars here. Next came the main items. For me, it was the Yellow Curry with chicken. It was a large portion and I still can't believe I ate the whole thing. It was delicious and a different kind of yellow curry than I was used to having at our local Thai places. For example, a lot more onion (perfectly cooked). Really liked this dish. 5 stars here for sure. My wife had the Pad Pak with tofu. She really liked it as well. If we are ever in the Monrovia area again, Thai Thyme will be high on our list to visit!

Thai Thyme is my favorite Thai restaurant in LA!! I've come back so many times. The owner is nice and usually stops by every table to say hi and thank people for coming. He also mentioned how the food is cooked to be healthier, and I can tell from eating it. Usually when I have pad thai from other places, the noodles are very oily. The pad Thai from Thai Thyme is so fresh and doesn't taste oily or make me feel heavy after eating it! The chicken satay skeweres were my favorite. The sauce is peanuty, rich and delicious. Also another favorite is Tom Kha coconut soup very light and refreshing.

Amazing food. We've had several birthday dinners there over the past two years it's so good.

I've been coming here lately and have been bringing all my friends, too! Everything I've tried to far has been great. I usually get the Pad Ka Prao, and it's addicting! The Thai Tea and Tom Yum Soup are my other go-to side items. The owner is also very nice & friendly. So glad to have this Thai spot nearby!

If I could give it 6 stars I would! The food is incredible! The best Thai food I've ever eaten and I'm Asian! LOL The owner Ty (no joke) has an incredible story and his journey from Thailand l!

My friend and I passed by this place, and decided to give it a try! We waited a while for our table, but it was worth the wait. We ordered pad see ew, fried calamari and the yellow curry. They were all excellent. The curry was a bit watery, but still good. The calamari though was out of this world. The pieces were light on the batter and thick on the fish. Perfection. The owner, Thai is a sweetheart. He was even giving me sweet fatherly advice in regard to getting married, and the importance of teamwork and it made my night. :) Really good person and a gem of a restaurant. I esp love how he greets people and says goodbye to them by name. The personal touches make you want to come back!
